We want you to love your tonies® fashion items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
